The spacious light-flooded apartments BIRKE and ZIRBE offer every conceivable comfort. They are located on the first floor of our newly built wooden house with air conditioning and each have a terrace facing south-west and promising an unforgettable view of the mountains of South Tyrol.
The modern apartments have a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a bathroom for each room, each with an infrared cabin and a cosy bedroom with natural, fragrant pine wood furniture and plenty of space for extra beds.

- Bright kitchen/living area with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, large dining area, sofa bed, a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave oven
- 1 double room with pine wood furniture and 2.2 m comfortable beds and space for up to two extra beds (cot available)
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer and a small extra in the form of an infrared cabin where you can relax after an exhausting day of skiing or hiking
- 1 patio with a table, chairs and deckchairs

- Bedding, towels and tea towels provided
- Heated ski room and storage for hiking boots
- Shared washing machine (ski storage in the basement)
- Bread roll service and fresh milk available daily upon request

Allergy friendly:
Allergy sufferers in particular will be delighted by our apartments. The comfortable blankets (1.55 m x 2.20 m), pillows and cushions are all made of anti-allergic materials, and we refrain from using carpets and curtains.
The underfloor heating means there is dust dispersal and a central vacuum cleaner carries the dust out of the room.
A ventilation system with corresponding filters does not just keep out allergens, it also ensures that the air humidity remains in the green zone and this prevents mould from growing. Furthermore, we DO NOT allow pets in the holiday apartments in order to help out our guests with allergies.
